Terms and Conditions
1. About the App
Vivasaayipulla Angadi is a platform where users can buy and sell products, chat with each other, and receive notifications.
The app has two sections:
- Market Page – User-to-user selling
- Shop Page – Company products with delivery
2. Registration & Login
- Registration fee: ₹500
- ₹450 goes to the company
- ₹50 is added to your wallet
- Wallet money can be used for buying products or posting products for sale
After registration, users receive a Smart Number / Smart Card.
Login is allowed using phone number or smart number.
3. Wallet & Posting Charges
- Each product post in Per Market Page costs ₹1 (deducted from wallet)
- Wallet balance is non-refundable
- Wallet money cannot be withdrawn as cash
4. Wallet Recharge Terms
4.1 Minimum Recharge Amount
The minimum wallet recharge amount is ₹100.
4.2 Recharge Amount Distribution
Every recharge amount will be split as follows:
- 80% of the recharge amount will be credited to the user's wallet.
- 20% of the recharge amount will be deducted as platform and service charges.
4.3 Service & Platform Charges
The 20% charges include, but are not limited to:
- Payment gateway charges
- Platform maintenance costs
- Operational and processing fees
- Applicable taxes or government charges
These charges are non-refundable.
4.4 Wallet Usage
- Wallet balance can be used only for transactions within the platform.
- Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
4.5 No Refund Policy
Wallet recharges once completed are final and non-refundable, either fully or partially.
5. Per Market Page (User-to-User Sales)
- Sellers directly post their products
- Buyers contact sellers through chat or phone
- Buyers must go to the seller's location to buy the product
Vivasaayipulla Angadi is not responsible for:
- Product quality
- Payments between users
- Delivery or disputes between buyer & seller
6. Shop Page (Company Products)
- Products sold are owned by Vivasaayipulla Angadi
- Users can place orders like an e-commerce app
- We will handle packing and delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
7. User Conduct
You must not:
- Post illegal, fake, or harmful items
- Misuse chat or notifications
- Create fake or multiple accounts
- Harass or cheat other users
We can suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
8. Account Safety
Users are responsible for keeping login details safe.
We are not responsible for unauthorized access due to user negligence.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms anytime.
Using the app after changes means you agree to them.
